What happens when I do a booking request?

 

By 24 hours we will confirm the availability and  we will send you our Online Reservation Form where we request your credit card .
30% not refundable deposit is requested to secure the booking. The balance will be paid the day of the Booked Trip/Activity.

 

 

 

What’s your cancellation policy?

 

If cancellation occurs within 30 days before the check-in date, no further penalty is asked. In case of cancellations from 30 to 14 days before check-in date, cancellation penalty is 50% of total price. From 15 to the check-in date, and in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price.

 

What if my plans change and I want to change the day of the tour?

 

If you would like to change the day of your tour, you may do so (depending on availability) up to 3 days before the start of the tour with no extra fees.

 

Do you do hotel pick-ups or do you have a central meeting point?

 

Hotel pick-up and Hotel drop-off is included in the rate if your accommodation is in Perugia centre, if your accommodation if in the surroundings I will inform about you the additional cost

 

Do tours ever get cancelled because of bad weather or not enough people?

 

We run our tours with minimum 2 people , rain or shine as we don’t want a little bit of rain to ruin the chance for you to experience the beautiful places we take you to.

 

What will I learn during the cooking lesson?

 

At our cooking class you will learn how use the traditional italian ingredients and how to combine them to make delicious recipes. You will prepare a four course meal: starter, first course, main course and dessert. We teach to cook authentic Italian/Mediterranean dishes in an informal and friendly environment, where people learn the passion of the Italian kitchen and have fun doing it. In the cooking classes pasta, pizza, gnocchi are homemade. Recipes vary according to the seasons, utilizing only the freshest and quality ingredients available. In the farm we produce vegetables, fruits, eggs, jams, wine and extra-virgin olive oil: the same local ingredients that are used to prepare the food during our cooking lessons.

 

What have  I to bring with me to cookery class?

Only  your enthusiasm and love for italian food. We will provide you with all ingredients and cooking materials you will need, including aprons and cookery utensils.

 

What if I have special dietary requirements?

We organize the cooking lesson according with your dietary requests: organic, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. If you have any special dietary needs or food allergies, please inform us beforehand so we can plan the menu for the class accordingly.

 

How many students are there usually in a class?

Groups are kept small, and vary between two and eight participants, in order to assure a better enjoyment of each other’s company and get as much attention as possible from your hosts.

 

Are the cooking classes taught in English?

Yes. All of our cooking classes are taught in English.

 

 

Is your class a hands-on cooking class?

Absolutely!  Only in the very few instances, for numerous group,  we propose cooking demonstrations.

 

I am interested in a pasta making class.

In All our classes we include fresh pasta making. In the multi-day classes you will learn how to make different varieties of pasta.  You can  also choose to do a Pasta Cooking class during which you will prepare 3 different types of Pasta.
