You can join our Tours/Activities with the accommodation in the farmhouse “La volpe e l’uva” in Perugia.
“La volpe e l’uva” is a little corner of paradise just 4 kilometers from the historic center of Perugia.
It is an ideal place to relax surrounded by the Umbrian hills, valleys and medieval villages. Our property consists of 10 hectares of olive groves, vineyards and orchards
Five lovely two room apartments (Rocco, Riding, Fico, Oca and Paulownia) have been renovated paying close attention to details. Each apartment is furnished in simple, authentic Umbrian style and the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with handmade beds either wrought-iron or wooden.
Each apartment has a living space with a well equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double or twin bedroom and a bathroom. In our communal garden each apartment has its own area, equipped with table and chairs to have lunch or dinner al fresco. All the apartments are equipped with heating and free Wifi.
This is self-catering accommodation so there is no daily maid service for your apartments, although there will always be people on hand should you need something. There is a lovely swimming pool from which you can enjoy the panoramic view.
The proximity to Perugia, makes the holidays farm’s position ideal for visiting other artistic towns in Umbria , such as Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto and the Trasimeno lake and towns in Tuscany like Siena, Arezzo and Cortona.
Apartment Riding
Riding is a two-room apartment of 40 square meters consisting of a large, comfortable living room, a double bedroom and bathroom.
The apartment is on the ground floor so very comfortable for families with young children and for owners of pets. It faces the large communal garden and pool. In the front of the apartment there is a beautiful artistic table made in Umbria to have dinner or lunch at fresco. In the living room a delightful well equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed. In the master bedroom a beautiful wrought iron bed in blue made by a Tuscan artisan. The bathroom has a large shower
